Why this one
No batteries, no buzz, nothing to break — only shape, weight, and whatever rhythm the two of you find. It is the one category where what you buy today still works identically in fifteen years, and the one couples reach for when what they want is to feel each other rather than a machine.
What to look for
- Platinum-cure silicone, glass, or steel. Anything soft, sticky or scented is porous and cannot be properly cleaned — 'jelly' and 'TPE' are the words to walk away from.
- A flared base, without exception.
- Smaller than you think. Girth is felt far more than length, and nearly everybody overestimates on the first one.
Before you buy
Silicone lubricant degrades silicone toys. Water-based with everything, unless it is glass or steel.
